Payment is required from the moment the product is dispatched by the seller. For payments made with credit or debit cards, the seller may reserve the purchase amount upon order. Payment is charged on the day the product is dispatched. In the case of invoices please contact on engelschiond@hotmail.com, the invoice is issued upon shipment and has a minimum payment period of 14 days from receipt. Buyers under 18 years of age cannot use invoice payment.
8. Delivery
Delivery is considered completed when the buyer or their representative takes possession of the goods. If the delivery time is not specified in the order process, the seller must deliver the product to the buyer without undue delay, but no later than 30 days after the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.

If the seller fails to deliver the product, the buyer may, under the Consumer Purchase Act, withhold the purchase amount, demand performance, cancel the contract, or seek compensation.
12. Defects in Goods - Buyer's Rights and Complaint Deadline
If there is a defect in the product not caused by the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side, the buyer has the right to withhold the purchase amount, request rectification or replacement, claim a price reduction, terminate the contract, or seek compensation under the Consumer Purchase Act.
