🎨 About:
Change is an original artwork exploring the uncertainty that comes with transitions. The deep blue in this piece is inspired by a wall color I saw on a recent trip to the Netherlands.  After moving from Canada—something I wasn’t fully ready for—I found myself in a place that feels both unfamiliar and overwhelming. Life moves faster here, and while I’m doing okay, I still feel a sense of confusion and longing.
 
The two faces in this painting represent me and my partner. While we stand strong together, this change feels completely different for each of us—familiar to him, yet foreign to me. Change is often good, but for the first time in a long time, I feel uncertain about whether I wanted this one. This painting holds that feeling of transition, doubt, and resilience.
